I hinted to these on Facebook the other day. I saw these on a blog I follow and thought I would make my own version. Quite tasty, but really cold! Duh, they're frozen, but doesn't it always shock you when you put it in your mouth and you almost instantly get a brain freeze? For the record, I'm not a fan of really cold food or drinks. Seriously, I prefer room temperature water, no ice please!! I will also let my yogurt sit on the counter for a few minutes to take the chill off. The things you are learning about me!

Have you ever had a moment when a certain dish pops into your head and you wonder why you haven't prepared it in a long time? That's the case with this dish. I made this a lot when my son was younger, but for some reason stopped. Why? Chip and I were talking about it while we were eating and we can't figure it out. It's probably been over 15 years. Crazy! The saddest part is that this couldn't be any easier!
While we were eating it brought back memories of when we lived in Peoria and Zach was just a little guy. I'm not sure he would eat it now because he has an issue eating fruit and meat together. He will eat a peach barbecue sauce or a blueberry barbecue sauce, but not pieces of fruit with meat. He is an odd one. He doesn't like potatoes either. I'm not one to judge, I've been told I'm not American because I don't like bacon. Seriously, someone said that to me. I was actually at a food truck today and was listening to the types of cupcakes one of trucks offered, two of their cupcakes had bacon in them. I said, I don't like bacon and they were floored. Go figure! I don't mind cooking with it, I just don't like the texture.
